Ms. Verona has served as a business valuation and forensic accounting expert
for financial, commercial litigation, matrimonial, and income tax matters.
Meredith hold various professional credentials including Accredited in
Business Valuation and Certified Financial Forensics from the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Certified Valuation
Analyst credential from the National Association of Certified Valuation
Analysts. She also is a Certified Public Accountant in both New York and New
Jersey.

In addition to her credentials and education, Meredith is active in numerous
organizations fostering the professional development of the business
valuation and forensic accounting profession.
